Michelle's mission is to help companies achieve better business results through diversity, inclusion and overall workplace equity.

Michelle employs an analytics-based approach to help clients identify where inequities exist across diversity dimensions, what they cost, and how to fix them. Through this methodology, she helps clients understand the intersectionality of gender, race, sexual orientation, age and religion in the workplace and importantly develops strategies and actionable steps to instill and foster equity in your organization.

Michelle previously worked at Accenture, Kurt Salmon, Macy’s Inc., The Walt Disney Company, consulted with many Fortune 500 companies and serves on the Advisory Board of Theatro. Promoted to be the youngest Partner at Kurt Salmon at the time, she went on to hold VP and Managing Director positions at Macy's and Accenture. She was the only female Managing Director on Accenture's North America Retail Strategy leadership team and led the majority of that business.
