She possesses expertise in Product Management, Product Marketing, New Business Development, Innovation initiatives and Cross-Channel Marketing Strategies within Fortune 500 companies. She is a results driven leader who successfully conceptualizes and executes segmentation, positioning, and go-to-market strategies as well as drives and champions’ value propositions and customer experiences for digital channels, products and services. She has a proven track record of talent acquisition and team development, driving diversity and inclusion in work and team environments.
Currently, Nicole serves as a board member for the Fashion Incubator of San Francisco board of directors and was named among the 2016 Brand Innovators 40 under 40 in Brand Marketing. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and a MBA in Global Innovation from California State University, East Bay where she recently received the 40 under 40 award for driving professional and community impact.
